Cal-West products for mutilation protection
are sold under the Cal-West SPRAYWRAP® line of peelable coatings.
In addition, high-solids formulations
of Cal-West liquid masking technology can also be used to provide
mutilation protection for certain applications.
Current applications:
- Mutilation and overspray protection for non-porous and painted
surfaces during manufacture and assembly.
Distribution:
SPRAYWRAP and SPRAYWRAP RT benefits:
- Sprayable coating provides super-tough protection
- Dry coating up to 4 mils thick (SPRAYWRAP) or 10 mils thick
(SPRAYWRAP RT) with a single application
- Peels off easily and completely
- Protects against mutilation and environmental hazards
- Can also be applied with paint rollers or automated equipment
- Thixotropic formula sticks to irregular and vertical surfaces,
minimizing runs (SPRAYWRAP RT)
SPRAYWRAP and SPRAYWRAP RT versions:
- White (indoor and outdoor exposure)
- Clear (recommended for indoor exposure only)
- Blue (releases and peels at low temperatures)
- Red (for high visibility)
